Artist Spotlight: Lu Jerz

Luis A. Perez jr. (born November 5th, 1991), better known by his stage name Lu jerzey or simply "Lu jerz", is a Dominican-American R&B singer-songwriter, Studio Engineer and producer from Long Branch, New Jersey. He began his musical prowess as a rapper in late 2006 when he first came in contact with a microphone. But later on through the years he discovered his hidden talent that he never knew he could ever harness. Perez then slowly converted from rapping songs to more of an r&b sound. After doing so and recieving many compliments he decided to pursue the art of singing. Now Perez carries on with his vocals, performing where ever he can, recording in his own home, and staying loyal to his groupmatez. Luis is well on his way to reaching what is rightfully his, Stardom, and he isnt going alone. With the help of his group (R.I.O.T, Tyree Parrish, & Kei'Lyfe) Lu jerz can and Will make a dent in the music industry and pave the way for a new beginning.

"Fall For Your Type"

"Arch Ya Back"

I enjoy his music. He knows how to incorporate good melodies and harmonies into his music while still maintaining a mainstream style of r&b. I look forward to hearing how his sound will progress in the future of his career.

Artist Spotlight: Vinny G

Check out this artist who goes by the name of Vinny G.  He has an album out entitled "The A Side and B Side" which can be heard at http://www.vinnygmusic.com. I'm liking this guy's music. It has sort of an old school vibe to it, yet it is live enough to hit the mainstream radio of today. His current single, "How You Feel", from his album which is executive produced by Trac-Qaeda Productions, can be heard below.

EXPLOITATION :  "using" the other for his own personal benefit.

The creator ( member of a rap group ) dissed Jesus!  Was I the only person that heard that ? Was I the only person , really c'mon son ! Where is Ed Lover when you need him. Just in case you wanna play dumb and say you didn't hear this 19 year old dude say "Jesus called/ said he's sick of the dissing / I told him to quit bitching/ this isn't a fucking hot line", there, I just repeated for you. Is this what Hip hop has come to ? No, this is clearly the "Rap-game". And I'm not feeling it. I'm sorry that was waste and I'll never buy anything dude put out. And to the "creator" THAT STILL ISN'T A HOT LINE. - @88princeofpop
