Destiny Chimeru Agbagbo ,born on 13th May 2001 in Rumuigbo, Port Harcourt, Rivers state, Nigeria, is an Afro R&B artist. He is a Student of the University of Port Harcourt. He started music at the age of 15 with 2 of his friends Sammy & Henry Fires in high school. They formed a rap group called the BID(Boys In Dollars) . They recorded about 2 songs together in 2016 (Just so you know & Boys In Dollars), He was told by a friend that he was a better singer than rapper and was advised to quit rapping and starting singing. Later on, the group broke off when the 3 of them graduated from high school and Destiny later went on to pursue a solo career with the stage name "Kriss Diamond ". He calls his fanbase the "Diamond Nation" and his fans "Diamond Citizens". In August 2017, Kriss Diamond released a cover of Luis Fonsi's Despacito . A few months later, he released his first solo track which he claims he wrote for his ex girlfriend titled "Love me" featuring Saint Tegee. In july 2018, Kriss Diamond released another song titled "International love" and in 2019, he released "Casanova(Bad Idea)" which went viral in the Science Faculty of The University of Port Harcourt. Kriss Diamond says he wants his music to "not just make waves in the charts but marks in hearts of his fans" He grew up listening to Psquare. In August 2019, he released a song "Letter to My Ex " that talks about how he felt used and frustrated by a girl who claimed to love him.
